Tony is a leadership development and communication skills expert with a firm passion for negotiation across cultures and industries. Since co-founding EIN in 2020, Tony has coached leaders and their teams in the art of Emotionally Intelligent Negotiation through a range of presential and online workshops.
For over a decade, Tony has also been giving lectures in Communication Skills to leaders in the Executive & Global Executive MBA programs at the prominent IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Some of his topics include interviewing techniques, preparing effective presentations, and the importance of self-talk.
In 2009, Tony founded KTB Coaching For Leaders, which specialises in empowering leaders and C-level management to build client-facing teams that are engaged and motivated. In 2003, the entrepreneur launched LifestyleDMC, a thriving corporate hospitality company that organises international events including training programs, exhibitions, conferences, and offsite team building activities.
Tony graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1992 with a degree in Bio-Computing, where he defended his thesis on “The Effects of Negative and Positive Reinforcement on Human Learning.” Recently, he also studied Business Negotiation at UC Berkeley as well as Leadership & Negotiation through the Harvard Law School Executive Program.
He is also on the committee of the private members’ club The Cover, helping build business and wellness communities for the culturally curious, and is an enthusiastic Tai Chi instructor.
