All negotiations are purely conversations between two parties who care enough about the same thing to come together and discuss.

In this half-day workshop, we will walk you through the principles of Emotionally Intelligent Negotiation in a fun, highly interactive workshop complete with realistic roleplays and targeted feedback.

You will learn about your own individual communication style and how that may change under pressure.

You will learn how to recognise if your counterpart is feeling uncomfortable and what to do to ensure that things stay on track.
You will also learn how to walk away without any sense of remorse on either side.

This is a dynamic 3-hour workshop designed to test your ability to negotiate effectively and teach you some of the basic tools and strategies used by expert negotiators around the world.
