Integrate EIN Into Your Day-to-Day

Each course comes with a dedicated workbook designed to help you on your journey of learning. 

You will also have access to several role play scenarios and negotiation preparation sheets to practice independently with your teams.

At the end of each level, all participants will be assessed and awarded a certificate of participation.

Practice

Practice

Practice is the cornerstone of our teaching methodology. This means that long after the trainers have finished with your team, you will be empowered to continue practicing. To do this, we set each team up with an “in-house role play” kit, complete with instructions on how to set up your own sessions with your team, logistical steps for facilitation, and guidance on how to give and receive effective feedback.

Every course comes with its own comprehensive workbook from Levels 1-4. These contain detailed explanations and case studies for each module, along with exercises for reflection and deepening understanding of the topics covered in the sessions. Realistic Role Plays

Practice is the key to success in negotiation. It can often be challenging, however, to practice in our everyday lives in a risk-free way, while negotiation role plays are hard to find and often unrealistic. We solve this problem by providing our own detailed, field-tested negotiation role plays; realistic scenarios complete with a shared situation, and private information for each participant. This will give you and your team out-of-the-box opportunities to practice the skills and principles as you learn them.

Preparation is vital in negotiation. In this course we not only teach you how to prepare effectively, we also give you full access to our custom-built preparation sheets. These have been designed specifically to guide your pre-negotiation preparation in a highly effective and proven manner, aligned with the principles of Emotionally Intelligent Negotiation. These materials are available for you and your team to use at any time during and after the course.
